James (Jim) Hogan serves as the Clerk for Gloucester County championing tax relief for residents, enhancing county communications, and making benefits more accessible for veterans and seniors.

Directed Clerk’s Office to contribute more than $5 million toward property tax relief for residents

Created no-cost email alert system to help protect Gloucester County homeowners from property fraud

Established a free military veteran ID card system for veterans to receive discounted benefits and services at participating businesses
Frank DiMarco

Frank DiMarco is serving his sixth term on the Gloucester County Board of Commissioners and was chosen as the Director of the Board in January 2022, leading efforts to lower the county tax rate in 2021 and 2022 and freeze spending.

Facilitated the historic partnership between Rowan University and the former Gloucester County College to provide greater access to a high-quality education for less money

Denice DiCarlo
COMMISSIONER
Denice has served on the Gloucester County Board of Commissioners since February 2022. She served as the Mayor of West Deptford from 2015 to 2021, where she focused on stabilizing the tax rate, facilitating economic development, and negotiating a shared service police agreement to put more cops on the street for fewer taxpayer dollars.

Oversees Gloucester County's award-winning Emergency Medical Services and 911 Call Center providing police/fire/EMS dispatch for all 24 municipalities as the Gloucester County Public Safety Liaison

Successfully secured major state funding to expand and enhance 911 Call Center operations, upgrade EMS facilities, and renovate the Fire Training Academy with much-needed training materials
